Digital I/O PXI Card
GX5050
The GX5050 is a high speed Dynamic Digital I/O card that provides a full set of features that is comparable to high speed I/O products found in large functional test systems. The card shares an identical architecture with the GC5050, but the GX5050 is a PXI card (6U) and the GC5050 is a PCI card. Both have the ability to operate independently of the host computer when in RUN mode.

GX5295
The GX5295 offers outstanding digital test capabilities and channel density in a compact 3U PXI form factor. Offering both performance digital and analog test capabilities, the GX5295 provides a cost-effective, tester per pin architecture - making this card the ideal choice for high throughput, mixed-signal component test applications. Each digital channel can be individually programmed for a drive hi, drive lo, sense hi, sense lo, and load value (with commutation voltage level). In addition, each channel offers a parametric measurement unit (PMU) providing users with the capability to perform parallel DC measurements on the DUT (device under test).

GX5731
The GX5731 is a 6U modular digital I/O card with 224 I/O channels. Designed for ATE, data acquisition, or process control systems where a large number of discrete I/O channels are required, the GX5731 offers the highest density in the industry for a single PXI plug-in board. Of the 224 channels, 128 support TTL levels with the direction of each group of eight channels programmable as input or output. The other 96 channels can be used for customized I/O using MTS' GX57xx series I/O modules.

GX3232
The GX3232 is a multi-channel 16-bit, analog input and output cPCI module, supporting 32 single-ended or 16 differential input channels and four analog output channels. The inputs can be software configured for differential or single-end operation and are sequentially scanned with a maximum aggregate scan rate of 300 kS/s. Three input ranges are software-selectable: ±10 V, ±5 V or ±2.5 V. Optionally, the GX3232 is available with a high voltage input configuration and supports three ranges: ±60 V, ±30 V and ±15 V.

Flying Probe Test Systems
Flying probe testers work by In-circuit testing the board via a number of moving test probes. They have the advantage over traditional In-circuit testers of not requiring a dedicated "bed of nails" test fixture thus reducing the price for each different board being tested. However, modern Flying Prober testers offer so much more than just In-circuit testing. They enable the user to combine In-circuit, AOI, Functional, Device Programming and Boundary Scan testing, in one test system.
