Camera Barrel Test System

We designed the BK8612 2 Channel Noise Test System to provide noise and vibration testing for your digital camera barrel DC Motors. Because it is based on the BaKo BK2120B DAQ, it is capable of monitoring a microphone and an accelerometer concurrently to obtain data from the motor. Because you can change the parameters of functions and limits, it is versatile but still quick and easy to set up. In addition, you can look at data in real time and also store it for future analysis. Multi Channel Linear Vibration Motor Aging Tester

The BK8018B is our biggest Aging Tester for linear vibration motors. Connect up to 20 DUT's and the system will automatically test them all simultaneously. As well as evaluating current, it can also connect to accelerometers to test vibration characteristics. You can see information on the monitor in real time, and also store it to analyze later so you can keep track of the accuracy and stability of your manufacturing process. In addition, we will modify BaKo’s BS1123-BS8018 program to fit your needs so that the testing you do is a custom fit.

Handset Noise Under RF Test System

If you need to evaluate the resistance of cellphones to RF interferance, the BaKo Type BK8021 Handset Noise Under RF Test System is what you need. It performs four tests to evaluate the Sending Noise, Sending Sensitivity, Sending Loudness, Sidetone Masking, Receiving Sensitivity and Receiving Loudness. You run the system using the controlling PC, which allows automatic configuration and which runs the test sequence automatically. When testing is complete, you can print the data as an MS Excel report or save it for comparison and analysis.

The BK2116 DC Vibration Motor Tester was designed when of several of our clients needed to test the new generation of 3 port DC vibration motors. Using the BK2116, you can test the electrical specifications (RPM, current, drop pulse, and start up voltage) and also vibration level, and noise of motors with either 2 or 3 ports. The BK2116 can concurrently test 2 DUT's and BaKo's Test Shop software makes it very easy to set up and test. And because you use it with a PC or notebook, you can see graphs of the data as you test, and also save it to analyze later, or to analyze the data you gather over time.
