Glow Wire Test Apparatus

GLOW WIRE TESTER (also known as Glow Wire Test Apparatus) is designed to carry out fire hazard testing as specified in IEC 60695-2-10 2000-10. Flammability test is to check the ‘Resistance to Fire’ of electrical insulators that touch directly conducting parts & also parts of insulators. This test is also referred in many other standards such as IS 11000, IS 3854 : 1997 / IS 1293 :1988 / IS 371 :1999 & IS 11000 Pt 2 Sec 1, IEC 60335, IEC 884/94, IEC 60598, IEC 61058, BS 6458, BS EN 60695–2-10,11,12, etc.

High Voltage Tester For Hair Dryer & Hair Straightner
Every electrical apparatus or machine consists of two distinct sections - one which carries the electricity, and other which is isolated (insulated) from the electric currents. The former may be called the `Live' side whiles the latter `Earth’ side. A person near about the apparatus or handling it can safely touch the Earth side, but not the live side, for obvious reasons. To ensure that the isolation of the two sections is effected properly, the apparatus is tested by subjecting it to a Voltage much higher than the normal working Voltage. MCB Thermal Verification Test Bench
The test system is a special version of the thermal test test system in the sense that the test jig is primarily designed to hold and connect multi pole MCBs for thermal verification so that each pole can be verified to trip within the IEC time band after the MCB has been riveted. This test ensures the trip verification of MCB so as to trip all the 4 poles at once when overload is detected in one single pole. In short, this is a verification-only bench.
