With a combined 8 cores, 16 threads, and up to 128GB memory, the Express-TL brings uncompromised system performance and responsiveness to your solution. Featuring brand new Gen 12 Intel® UHD Graphics and Intel® AVX-512 Vector Neural Network Instructions (VNNI), the Express-TL provides AI inferencing performance as much as 3X higher compared to previous generation non-VNNI platforms. The integrated Gen 12 Intel® UHD Graphics core can be configured to support one 8K independent display or four 4K independent displays (HDMI/DP/eDP). In addition, legacy display interfaces such as LVDS and analog VGA are still supported as build options. Key features for today’s applications are support for 2.5 GbE and USB 3.2 with transfer rates of up to 10Gb/s that can transfer image data from cameras faster than previous generation products. 32-Axis PCIe EtherCAT MainDevice Motion Controller

ADLINK PCIe-8334 is a hardware-based EtherCAT motion controller able to support up to 32 synchronized axes and over 10,000 points simultaneously. The PCIe-8332 features dedicated isolated emergency stop input (EMG), and configurable isolated high-speed digital input as not only generic sensor input but also pulsar input, with up to 1MHz input frequency. Optimum jitter control is provided in minimal cycles of 250µs to optimize synchronous I/O performance for vertical automation applications in semiconductor, electronic manufacturing, and others. The PCIe-8334 provides an out-of-shell application-ready (APS) function library to generate multi-dimensional, highly synchronized, time-deterministic event-triggered motion & I/O control. A wide range of compatible 3rd party SubDevice are easily designed with ADLINK's APS function library. ADLINK's MotionCreatorPro 2 utility is fully compliant with the Microsoft Windows environment, that allows complete EtherCAT motion and I/O configuration and function evaluation as well as compiling program download functions.

ADLINK's NuDAM data acquisition modules make up a total acquisition network and control system. Up to 256 NuDAM modules an be romotely controlled on any RS-485 network from a host computer, via a single serial RS-232, allowing communication from as far as 4000 feet from the host. Based on the RS-485 multi-drop network system, each module has a unique address ID, whereby simple ASCII command & response protocols through the standard RS-485 interface can control all the NuDAM modules in the RS-485 network. The NuDAM modules provide direct communications with a wide variety of sensors, perform all signal conditioning, scaling, linearization and conversion, and can acquire measurements of temperature, pressure, flow, voltage, current, and multiple digital signal types.

They also provide 2-CH 12-bit analog outputs with waveform generation capability, which can be performed together with analog input functions. If more analog input or output channels are required, multiple cards can be synchronized through the SSI (system synchronization interface) bus. This makes the DAQe-2000 series ideal for the stimulus/response test.
