Rotary Table Handler
6000 Series Rotary Handler
Rotary table handlers are an excellent choice for PCBA or product – level test, programming, part marking, automatic part rejecting, and vision inspection in order to satisfy manufacturing applications that require high throughput. Rotary table based systems used in production can also help reduce the impact of load and unload times for the operator, because the device-under-test (DUT) automatically moves to the next cell within the station as each DUT is loaded. Circuit Check’s 6000 series handlers are modular, scalable and flexible, supporting high-mix and high-volume production needs. A common application example is to configure a 6000 series as a rotary station to perform simultaneous PCBA bar code scanning, testing, programming and marking, in a pipe-line process which improves throughput requirements. The 6000 series handlers leverage Circuit Check’s unique quick-change fixture drop-in technologies to allow for station modularity and scalability. Production line flexibility is achieved because the 6000 series handler is software and hardware agnostic, enabling adaptability to a variety of applications, and is limited only by the number of stations.

Drop-In In-Circuit Test Fixtures
The Chameleon
The Circuit Check kit called the Chameleon allows easy re-use of a majority of an ICT fixture’s major components. The Chameleon includes a full size probe plate and interface alignment plate so all valuable tester resources are available. The probe plate assembly is held in place with twelve (12) screws and the vacuum box’s interchangeable push plate is easily replaced by removing four (4) shoulder screws.

Working with Keysight Technologies during the development of their HNC adapter in 2011, we were the first test fixture provider to offer customers with a solution to test large node count boards. High node count test fixtures can handle greater than 10,000 probes.

Wireless Functional Test Fixtures
Circuit Check’s wireless fixture technologies reduce debug time, simplify ECO’s and reduce maintenance. This allows for the highest test performance, ability to probe denser smaller targets and achieve ultra-high node counts. Higher density more complex circuit boards complicate testing requirements. Smaller more tightly spaced test pads create a wiring challenge for the fixture fabricators, test engineers and maintenance personnel. Wireless fixtures solve the challenges associated with the nest of wires found in long wire fixtures. Wireless fixtures replace the “nest” of wires with copper traces on a multilayered printed circuit board called a Translator Board (T-Board).
