ATi specializes in rotating telemetry systems which are used to couple data from rotating shafts or machinery to a stationary recorder. Advanced Telemetrics products have been utilized successfully in powertrain testing in automotive, aerospace and a variety of other R&D related applications.

Band-On Telemetry System

The ATi Band-On Telemetry System transmits real-time sensor data from a rotating shaft while the system is running. The system consists of one or more rotating signal conditioner/ transmitter modules with battery pack and a stationary receiver. Rotating transmitters are available to interface with most any type of sensor including strain gages, thermocouples, thermistors, RTDs and accelerometers.

Miniature Dual Axis Wireless Sensor

This custom, miniature, dual axis wireless sensor measures both torque and thrust (axial force). Two super miniature strain gage transmitters, housed within the sensor body, are powered inductively. Onboard sensor excitation and signal conditioning is also contained within the transmitters.
