Adapters

We have more than 1000 types of coaxial adapters on the shelf for immediate delivery; more than 200,000 coaxial adapters total. SMA, Standard N, SMP, TNC, BNC etc adapters are built to M39012, Mil-STD883 (Interface) & MIL-G-45204 or ASTM B488(plating). 2.4mm, 2.92mm, 1.85mm, 1.0mm, 7/16, 3.5mm, Precision N, Precision TNC, & 4.3/10 adapters are built to P287. 4,1/9.5 adapters are built to IEC standards. There are a few popular coaxial adapters for which we're not aware of a standard; u.fl etc. Mini DIN adapters are in stock.

Bias T's

Centric RF offers Coaxial Bias T's so that a DC voltage can be applied to the rf signal path. These Bias Tee's (aka bias t) currently are offered with sma and 2.92mm connectors. Bias T's are implemented by attaching a broadband inductor to the circuit trace, with the power rating of the bias tee being determined by the size of the inductor.

Torque Wrenches

Recommended torque for various connectors has changed slightly through the years, current standards often being slightly less than before. The recommended torque depends upon whether a connector is stainless steel or brass. The SMA recommended torques have the most variables, with stainless steel sma's for final installation being 8-10 in-lbs, preferably 8; stainless steel sma's in the test lab are best tested at 5 in-lbs to preserve the sma; & brass sma's are 4 in-lbs. Most of these torque wrenches are "ours" however we also carry the Huber Suhner sma torque wrenches, the 74Z-0-0-21 & 74Z-0-0-79 as they're so popular. Our torque wrenches are preset to specific values.

Cable Assemblies

We offer a variety of cables covering DC to 110Ghz. Cable assemblies from 0-6Ghz we usually build in our Quick Turn Cable Assembly Shop, delivery is 1-2 days. We also offer some Low Loss Phase Stable from our quick turn shop; but some of the precision cables can take longer.

Circulators

These coaxial circulators operate the same as our isolators except one port is accessable. An external load must be attached to these circulators if one desires them to operate as isolators. Our coaxial circulators are available in frequency bands from 390mhz to 27ghz.

Power Dividers

We currently offer coaxial resistive power dividers (aka power splitters), which are inherently broadband and have excellent low frequency response (0!) albeit with poor isolation; and also Wilkinson Power dividers, aka Wilkinson Splitters. We have as connector options SMA, N, 1.95mm, & 2.92mm. Our power dividers cover DC-70Ghz. While most of our power dividers are 2-ways, we also have 3, 4, & 8 way dividers. The resistive power splitters are implemented with tiny resistors. Wilkinson splitters can be microstrip or stripline. RF Power Dividers are often lumped element, Microwave Power Dividers are often microstrip.
