Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator
TA-3A/B
This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated. Serial Distance Display

This panel mounted or portable display will read Bendix/King serial distance as generated by their DME systems or GPS products. This long standing three wire format of CLK, DATA and REQ can now easily be displayed without the expense of a KTS143 test fixture. This product is ideal for shop and aircraft troubleshooting. The extruded aluminum enclosure is a standard DIN size(1/8) and the unit interfaces through a 25 pin D connector.

ARINC HSI / ADI Test Fixture
TA-2000
The TA-2000 test fixture is a combination panel that incorporates all the standard capabilities of the legacy CTS-11(ADI) and CTS-12(HSI) panels and much more. This panel is married to our model TA-1001 dual synchro transmitter/API panel thus allowing for local stimulus and alignment of the instruments synchros and resolvers. The panel provides for testing of both superflag(28v) and low level meters through a matrix of switching that will allow testing of all meters simultaneously or just individually. The low level meter drive circuit also incorporates an automatic mode that will continuously oscillate the L/R and Up/Dn pointers.

4 Digit API Panel Mounted

This is our latest API model and it comes packaged in a one-eight DIN size extruded aluminum enclosure. This size allows for direct replacement of other panel mounted API's for a more compact panel mount option. This unit has same features as our TA-900 unit and can be modified to work with non-standard square wave references as in theS-TEC 6443.

RMI Test Panel

This is an RMI tester built to duplicate the original model 970E-1 unit. The panel is laid out just like the 970E-1 with an additional interface for our TA-568 to allow distance testing on the BDI-36 RMI. This panel incorporates both SIN/COS and 3 wire synchro outputs. With the use of our TA-900 API the bootstrap and other synchros can be aligned.

The KX-155A Display Assembly Extender card will give the technician access to troubleshoot a display problem on this Bendix/King Nav/Comm. The card breaks out all pin connections with their functions silk-screened on the board. This board will allow the technician to make a more logical decision on what the problem may be. We have seen in our shop that the glass display is not always the failed componet.
