TestVonics ADC-2550C Air Data Calibrator is a high accuracy pitot static calibrator. The ADC-2550C is capable of controlling and measuring Altitude and Airspeed pressures with the highest degree of accuracy. The control and measurement range of the test system can meets or exceed requirements for both commercial and military applications - the ADC-2550C is Nationally Stock Listed. The ADC-2550 is a derivative of the ADC-2550 Series. It features a touchscreen interface, a mid range 23PSIA sensor. It is ideally suited for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) applications.

Air Data Test Calibrator

The ADC-2522 is built on TestVonics ADC-2550 series platform. It is designed for rackmount use and features a large 10.4" display with resistive touchscreen. The calibrator has the ability to emulate the Sperry / Honeywell ADT-222B IEEE-488-1975 communications. This allows the calibrator to be a plug and play replacement for the aging Honeywell ADT-222B Air Data Test System and similar test sets, without the expense in having to modify existing communication protocols or software.

AIS Air Data Test System

The primary function of the Air Data Test System (ADTS) is to perform testing and fault isolation of pneumatic-type Units Under Test (UUTs). To test a UUT, the operator connects the associated Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) Integrated Test Adapter (ITA) to the rackmount Avionics Intermediate Shop (AIS) test station. The operator connects the ADTS to the IAIS via an RS-232 Interface and then finally, connects the UUT to the ADTS using the supplied cables and hoses.

The LSU distributes pitot static supplies for the external services and connection of hose assemblies for testing of aircraft Pitot and Static ports for the C-17. The lightweight unit is housed in a highly durable and easy to maneuver case. Additionally, four (4) 30ft Pitot Hoses, eight (8) 30ft Static hoses, and two hose storage bags are included with the assembly.
