High Line Pressure Transducer
P365
The P365D transducer is designed to make low differential pressure measurements at high static line pressures. Operating from unregulated 9 to 55Vdc, the P365D is available with 4-20mA, 5Vdc or isolated 5Vdc output over full scale pressure ranges from 8 to 10,000 psid. The output shift due to static pressure will not exceed 3% of full scale, up to a line pressure of 10,000 psig.

With variable reluctance sensing technology, the P55 pressure transducer delivers fast dynamic response, high resistance to vibration and superior signal stability through ambient temperature change for a wide variety of low-pressure to high-pressure measurements. The P55 pressure transducer will accept both liquids and gases directly at the sensing diaphragm and there are no internal isolation fluids to slow the sensor response or cause excessive temperature drift errors.

SU63
The Validyne SU63 is an AC inductive speed pick-up used for RPM measurement on high-speed rotating equipment. The SU63 is a tightly-wound coil with a laminated core that can be conveniently mounted on rotating equipment so that the magnetic field of a magnetized nut or part passes through the coil windings. The moving magnetic field produces a voltage within the coil proportional to its rate of change and the strength of the permanent magnetized part. The frequency of this inductive voltage spike is fed into an oscilloscope or counter to determine RPM.

Portable Carrier Demodulator with Digital Display
CD379
The CD379 is a portable, completely self contained digital transducer indicator. In addition to the front panel liquid crystal digital display, the unit also provides a 2 Vdc analog output suitable for recording, remote display or control purposes. The unit is for use with all variable reluctance transducers and features solid state electronics, 3 1/2 digit liquid crystal display and battery pack with six 1.5V penlight cells for truly portable operation. The unit can also be powered from an external DC power supply or AC battery eliminator (converter) module.

The DP10 Pressure Sensor, is designed for low and medium pressure measurements, to laboratory accuracy, of corrosive liquids and gases. In typical AC excited bridge circuits, this transducer delivers a full scale output of 30 mV per volt at 3kHz. The unit operates with carrier system including the Validyne CD15 since wave carrier demodulator and CD16 miniature DC input DC output carrier demodulator.

Carrier Demodulator with LED Display
CD23/223
The CD23 and CD223 Digital Transducer Indicators are designed for use with variable reluctance and differential transformer transducers. The CD23 accepts input from a single transducer, and the CD223 accepts two switch-selectable inputs, with Zero and Span controls for each input. The indicators provide 5 Vrms, 5 kHz carrier excitation voltage to the transducer(s) and solid state circuitry to amplify, demodulate and filter the transducer output signals. A 3 1/2 digit front panel display is standard, with a 4 1/2 digit display optionally available.

Network Sensor Interface for USB Pressure Transducers
SI314
The Validyne model SI314 is a network interface that connects our model P61 USB pressure Transducer to your smart phone or network web browser. The SI314 supports Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections and will display current pressure readings and transducer status on any web browser or via smart phone. The SI314 also displays the transducer temperature, date of calibration, model and serial numbers and these can be viewed wirelessly or by Ethernet connection. The SI314 makes your P61 accessible from anywhere in the world. Data logging of pressure data is configured via a web browser or smart phone and readings may be stored once per minute to once per hour. A thumb drive or memory card collects the data in comma separated file format(csv) for download to your computer. The data may also be accessed via the network. A graph of the data is also generated on request. A Twitter function allows pressure data to be tweeted from the SI314 at user-defined intervals. The transducer zero and span calibration adjustments are password protected and operated via browser buttons. No potentiometer adjustments are required to calibrate the P61 transducer. Very Low Pressure Variable Reluctance Sensor

The Validyne DP103 is designed for exceedingly low differential pressure measurement applications where high accuracy is required under rough physical conditions. With full scale ranges down to -0.008 psid (-0.56cm H2O), this instrument is being used in the measurement of very low flow rates of gases where symmetrical pressure cavities are required for dynamic response. It is also used in very small leak detection and pressure null detection systems.

The zero and full-scale output calibrations are set by the potentiometer adjustments accessible from the top cover. The P897V is digitally compensated and corrected to provide high accuracy pressure measurement in a robust cylindrical form factor. Small vacuum pressures are accurately measured with full scale vacuum ranges as low as 2.22 InH2O.

Single-Channel DC Powered Carrier Demodulator

The CD16 Miniature Carrier Demodulator is designed to deliver a 0 to 5 Vdc output from a variable reluctance transducer and operate from unregulated 9 to 55 Vdc power. A square wave excitation of 5 kHz is furnished to the transducer and the solid state integrated circuit amplifier and demodulator converts the transducer signal to an analog dc output. Zero and Span adjustments are made through access holes in the case.

Digital Display for the Transducers and Transmitters

The PS57 is a combination power supply and 4 1/2 digit LED display for the P55/P855 family of pressure transducers and transmitters. The PS57 accepts 110 VAC power and provides the required 24 Vdc excitation for the transducer. The transducer signal is received and displayed directly in engineering units with bright 0.56 high red LEDs. The user can re-scale the display and set the decimal point by configuring internal jumpers. The analog output of the transducer, 5 Vdc or 4-20 mA, is available on rear-panel terminals.
