Fast Response Flow Controller for Low Flow
HFM-300 / HFC-302
The all metal HFM-300/HFC-302 is Teledyne Hastings' metal sealed, fast response series of mass flow meters and controllers. Featuring reliability and stability, the 300 Series is chosen by OEM's for its fast response under a wide range of conditions.The HFM-300 / HFC-302 meters and controllers have flow ranges from 0-5 sccm to flows of 0-25 slm; provide analog outputs, are constructed of stainless steel and have normally closed valves. The full scale range is specified by the end user. A NIST traceable calibration certificate is standard. Corrosive gases and pressures up to 1000 psig are easily measured. Cleaning for oxygen service is available.

With 10 mL/min, 40 mL/min, and 100 mL/min versions, reaching pressures up to 2,500 PSI, these pumps capture the majority of typical laboratory fluid transfer applications. Features include interactive keypad control and Outlet Filter, RS-232 Serial and Micro USB 2.0 ports for complete PC control and status, as well as hardware for laboratory stand mounting. Having the smallest possible footprint for a high pressure pump, the M1 Class will easily integrate into any laboratory or industrial environment.

The Supercritical 24 Constant Flow Pump is designed to be a reliable component wherever a constant flow must be maintained. The flow rate of the Supercritical 24 pump fitted with two standard 12 mL pump heads can be set in 0.01 mL/min increments from 0.00 to 24.0 mL/min.The Supercritical 24 Constant Pressure pump is designed to be a reliable component wherever a constant pressure must be maintained. Pressure can be set in 10-psi increments from 0 to 10,000 psi.
