These durable, 1.5 inch long solid tungsten shaft probe tips are for use in most standard micropositioners when probing an integrated circuit, pad, or line. A variety of radius point sizes from 0.5 microns to 10 microns are available to accommodate any probing need.

Oscilloscope Probe
The Keysight N2140A is an extremely low-cost passive probe that provides a switchable 10:1 / 1:1 attenuation and up to 200 MHz bandwidth. It features a high input resistance of 10 MΩ (switchable to 1 MΩ) to address a wide range of measurement needs with low probe loading. The probe can be adjusted for both low-frequency compensation and high-frequency compensation. For the best measurements, you should compensate your probe to match its characteristics to the oscilloscope. This probe is compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.

The Keysight N2893A is a 100 MHz bandwidth, active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe features flat bandwidth (DC-100MHz), low noise(<2.5 mA rms) and low circuit insertion loss. Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium Autoprobe interface, eliminating the need for an additional power supply.
