(DTG)
The Draw Tower Grating Chain consists of high strength coated FBGs which are positioned in a serial configuration. Thanks to the special production process, writing the Fibre Bragg Gratings during the drawing of the Fibre, the array can be made without any splices. Furthermore the FBGs can be mounted directly on a structure without coating removal for sensing applications.
