The 40-874-002 is a 50 Ohm 8 to 1 RF multiplexer with 2 banks in a single PXI slot. It has low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. Each MUX has been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss. The injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal paths of this RF multiplexer has been minimized by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.

The Temperature Input Module for Remote I/O features a features a thermocouple input range of ±100 mV and a voltage input range of ±5 V. It also has an adjustable filter time for improved measurement quality and optional external CJC or PT100 RTD measurements.A remote I/O system consists of an EtherCAT bus coupler and individual modules mounted on a DIN rail. For the most accurate receiver characterization results, the M8061A provides four calibrated de-emphasis taps, which can be extended to eight taps, built-in superposition of level interference and Clock/2 jitter injection. The M8061A is a 2-slot AXIe module that can be controlled via USB from the user interface of J-BERT M8020A as well as N4903B.

The NI USB‑8452 is a master interface for connecting to and communicating with inter-integrated circuit (I2C) and serial peripheral interface (SPI) devices. It also includes eight general-purpose digital I/O lines for a variety of applications, such as configuring the address of I2C devices, toggling LEDs, or strobing convert and data ready lines common to analog converter chips. You can physically place the USB‑8452 more closely than PCI interfaces to I2C/SPI devices, which reduces I2C bus length and minimizes noise problems.
