DP-VME-2115 is an industrial standard 24 channel D/A (Digital to Analog) board. It incorporates most of the features which are demanded in industrial applications. Each Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) is provided with a separate reference voltage selection either from internally generated reference or from the external input. This external input reference signal is passed into the protection circuits before it is fed to any active components. The input protection circuit is designed for ± 25Vp-p input ranges. The DAC output may be unipolar or bipolar and the output is jumper selectable, which is routed to the VME P2 connector, with short circuit protection of upto 30mA.

The Power Supply Systems are the heart of any experiment. They provide the High voltage and Low voltage required by the detectors and by the related front-end electronics. The quality of the power supply is critical to obtain the best performance from the set-up. The sensibility of modern detectors, in fact, make them susceptible to any even small variation in the power supply, and so features like low Noise, low Ripple and high stability become essential in the design of a performing power supply system. The 742 is the Switched Capacitor Digitizer family, based on the DRS4 chip by PSI, with the highest sampling frequency (5GS/s) and channel density. It can record very fast signals from scintillators coupled to PMTs, Silicon Photomultipliers, APD, Diamond detectors and others, and save them with high efficiency and precision for advanced timing analysis. The 742 family has an additional channel (two channels in case of VME boards) which can be used as time reference for time of fight measurements. The resolution of this kind of measurements can reach up to 50 ps.
