Fracture Mechanics Clip-On Gages
Model 3541
Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation
The Model 3541 is designed for determination of fracture mechanics parameters such as JIC, KIC, R-curve, fatigue crack growth rate (da/dN), and testing to standards such as E1820, E399, E647, etc. These COD gages conform to the requirements of E1820 (the replacement for E813 and E1737) for JIC and R-curve determination. Special configurations are available to meet the requirements of ASTM E399 for fracture toughness (please consult the factory for these configurations). In addition, the modified groove design complies with E1820 tests where greater stability and accuracy results from the sharper groove root. Clip-on gages are used for a variety of fracture mechanics tests, including compact tension, arc shaped, disk shaped, bend specimens or other specimen geometries in compliance with ASTM and other standards organization’s test methods. Clip-on gages can be used directly on test specimens where the knife edges are integral with the test specimen or, alternately, with optional bolt-on knife edges mounted on the test specimen. The Model 3541 extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.

Burn-In Test Fixtures
Burn-in generally involves the extended operation of a product in a temperature-controlled environment. With possible humidity and supply voltage margining - the burn-in process can then be extended to include power stress (levels and on/off cycles) tests, high humidity environmental simulation as well as the classic "four corner test" of high voltage + high temperature, high voltage + low temperature, low voltage + high temperature and low voltage + low temperature.

Mechanical Creep and Rupture Testing Machine
MRC Series
Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation
MRC series mechanical creep and rupture testing machine with single-lever structure is designed for long-term creep and stress rupture test applications. The series mechanical creep and rupture testing system is mainly for the metallic materials under room or elevated temperature according to GB/T2039, GB/T 20120, EN ISO 204-2009 and ASTM E139. The creep and rupture testing machine can also maintain constant loads for extended periods of time. Through the mechanical advantage of the lever arm loading system, constant loads can be maintained with a high degree of accuracy for long duration. This creep and rupture tester uses dead weights without continuous operation and the dependency of a mechanically powered drive. The creep and rupture testing system is an ideal equipment for metallurgy manufacturer, research institute, colleges and other relevant factories and mines.

Actuation Methods for In-Circuit Test Fixtures
Commonly referred to as In-Circuit Test (ICT), loaded board test can be defined as the task of measuring values of components that have been installed on a printed circuit board (PCB). A second basic category of loaded board test measures simple open and shorts on the board to verify manufacturability standards. Circuit Check supports all forms of in-circuit test strategies with its Performance Grade and Value Line test fixtures.
