The Signet 2552 Metal Magmeter features all-stainless steel construction. The PVDF nosepiece and FPM O-rings are the only other wetted materials. The 2552 installs quickly into standard ISO 7-R 1 or ISO 7-R 1 (1 in. to 1 in. NPT) pipe outlets, and is adjustable to fit pipes from DN50 to DN2550 (2 to 102 in.). A compact and affordable water sampler system carrying up to 10 water sampling bottles of 2 L and/or 5 L was designed to be used in many different conditions, including in small vessels equipped with a crane (we recommend a crane that is able to lift at least 300 kg). The system has a built-in pressure sensor, but it was also designed to be equipped with our CTD instrument from ASTD series that allows for more options of sensors to be used and simplifies upgrades when necessary. The CTD and the water sampling bottles can be easily attached and/or detached from the frame which allows for different configurations and also an expedite maintenance.

Lake Variable Area flow meters, often referred to as rotameters, measure flow rate of a liquid or gas by relating linear displacement of an internal “float” or sharp-edged orifice plate (Lake) to a corresponding flow rate. As flow rate increases, the orifice area that the flow moves through also increases – thus, the term “Variable Area.” Variable Area meters either allow flow through a peripheral orifice formed between a tapered wall and a float as in the traditional rotameter, or an annular orifice and an internal tapered metering pin in the Lake Monitor.

ACM2-RS and ACM3-RS are 2-D and 3-D electro-magnetic current meters for laboratory experiments. The models provide digital output, a high-speed sampling rate and insusceptibility to electro-magnetic noise. ACH-600RS is a highly sensitive capacitance water level meters. With the new system, a maximum of four different sensors can be connected to the compact interface unit, enabling simultaneous recording on a personal computer. Additionally, the system can provide analog output as well as necessary. While conventional water level and wave height meters cannot be used near velocity sensors, our instrument can be as near as 5 cm without increasing noise, due to its special isolated circuit. The result is an innovative system that is capable of achieving highly accurate data.
