Pickering's LXI 50Ω RF Matrix - 2.4GHz design permits any single Y input to be connected to any single X input, permitting the concurrent connection of 16 RF paths. All signal paths are bi-directional permitting any connection to be used as an input or an output. These matrices can be supplied in a variety of configurations based on Y axis sizes of 4, 8 and 16 and X axis sizes up to 32. The smaller matrix sizes in the range are factory reconfigurable up to the maximum size.

All 40-521 series modules are fitted with reed relays (ruthenium sputtered type), these offer very long life with good low level switching performance and excellent contact resistance stability.Spare Reed Relays are built onto the circuit board to facilitate easy maintenance with minimum downtime.
