The Q7B301 is perfect for small box applications such as those found in the latest digital signs, kiosks and traffic control system. This Qseven application board offers various I/O connectors and flexible expansion features to reduce the design effort to the minimum. The Q7B301 also has an extended industrial grade operating temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC to withstand the rigors of harsh environments. Axiomtek’s new Qseven Rev. 2.1 application board, Q7B301, is compatible with Qseven module – Q7M311 which is powered by the Intel® Pentium® Processor N4200 and Celeron® Processor N3350. The PCI-Express 32 digital I/O board APCIe-1500 has 32 digital inputs/outputs (24 V or 12 V), 14 inputs are interruptible. The 16 digital power outputs are equipped with protection diodes and filters. The board is fully compatible to the PCI board APCI-1500. It is especially suited for applications like industrial I/O control, signal switching, ON/OFF monitoring of motors, lights etc. in the harsh industrial environment. The APCIe-1500 has interruptible inputs. They supersede continuous cyclical query processes (polling) for routine monitoring and evaluation tasks. This takes load off the processor and the software. At a change of state of the digital inputs the APCIe-1500 generates an interrupt, so that the system reacts on the event through the interrupt routine and herewith fulfils real-time criteria.

Each multiplexer channel can support 10A of continuous current and switch up to 200V signals. The switches can sustain inrush currents in excess of 50A. The PX8500 is an external 8-channel relay board for the connection of digital output boards. It can be cascaded in 16, 24 and 32 relays and is intended for mounting on DIN supporting rails. The board provides a convenient interface between an industrialprocess and the SUB-D connectors on ADDI-DATA boards. The change-over contacts of the relay are controlled through 24 V signals. The 24 V voltage supply is protected through varistors and transil diodes. The board is intended for the use with 220 V supply. The creeping distance (acc. to DIN VDE0110) and the connector cross sections allows high-power switching (up to 2,500 VA).
