Diagnostic Engineering Software
eXpress
eXpress is a software suite of diagnostic engineering tools that encompass diagnostics, testability, prognostics and systems engineering and represents the result of over 30 years of software development. It provides enormous short and long-term cost-savings, realized throughout the entire life cycle.eXpress provides the capability to capture design information from a systems perspective and may be used to seamlessly combine disparate sources of data. eXpress couples the Systems Engineering, Reliability, Testability, Maintainability and Diagnostic/Testability disciplines. This provides a true end-to-end solution, which can begin as early as concept exploration, and carries through run-time deployment and beyond.eXpress' approach handles system-level design capture and analysis across large engineering teams. By providing the most in-depth Testability and Diagnostics assessment capabilities on the market today, eXpress can tackle tasks ranging from the smallest embedded component to entire aircraft systems.

Prognostics
We recognise that one of our customers' chief concerns is to ensure that their systems operate reliably and can complete their mission without failure. Good repair and maintenance practise are a major part of assuring reliability but past maintenance rationale based either on reactive or anticipatory methods have a high likelihood of being ineffectual, wasteful or both.

C Series Current Input Module
The C Series Current Input Module features programmable input ranges, variable connectivity options, and built-in noise rejection. You can also choose from options with built-in anti-aliasing filters or high-channel density to reduce the number of modules needed. The C Series Current Input Module supports safety features, certifications, input ranges, overvoltage ranges, and connectivity for applications such as power quality monitoring and metering, utility pole-mounted smart switches, utility pole-mounted smart grid reclosers, substation merging units, industrial machine measurements, health monitoring, predictive maintenance and prognostics, and phasor measurement units (PMUs). The C Series Current Input Module includes the NI-DAQmx driver and configuration utility that simplify configuration and measurements. NI-DAQmx supports NI programming environments as well as Python, ANSI C, C#.NET, and MathWorks MATLAB® software.

Adaptive Diagnostics and Prognostics Toolbox
ADAPT
The ADAPT toolbox provides advanced system health monitoring algorithms in the form of Simulink block components. These components may be used to develop health monitoring applications with the Simulink modeling tool. The applications can be tested and refined within the high-fidelity Simulink modeling environment. After verification, the Real-Time Workshop code generation tool may be used to generate deployable C language code for integration in online real-time health monitoring systems. The ADAPT algorithms provide out-of-the-box diagnostic capabilities that are applicable to a wide range of health monitoring problems.
