FAB101
The FAB101 features one CPU card slot and thirteen 32bit/33MHz PCI slots, and built in a 24-pin ATX power connector and 8-pin connector for thermal detected board. Furthermore, the FAB101 delivers outstanding system performance through high-bandwidth interfaces such as Serial ATA and USB 2.0 high speed peripheral (optional function). It is designed for all of PICMG 1.3 single board computers, and is a perfect fit for AXIOMTEK's SHB100 & SHB110, which are built around the PICMG 1.3 form factor. We also have various 4U-high enclosures, AX6156E, AX6156LE, AX6156LLE, AX6156LLES, AX61400, AX61491, and AX6145, to house the FAB101 and any customer's industrial integrations flexibly.

The latest feature of the Teledyne LeCroy Test Platform is the addition of an integrated interposer, which eliminates the need for an external interposer. This innovation simplifies setup with fewer connection points and outboard devices, making analysis easier and more reliable than ever. It has a single isolated SMU channel that offers a four-quadrant output that incorporates remote (4-wire) sense as well as external guarding. Backplane Test System

Our model 402HV is the result of 25 years of high voltage / high pin count test systems experience. We produced our first high voltage system back in 1985. It was programmable up to 600 volts / 600 Mohms and had over 49,000 test points. It could test a 5k point board in less that 15 seconds. Since then we have built hundreds of high voltage test systems, with our highest voltage system capable of testing up to 2000 Volts DC / 1500 Volts AC. (One of our 600 volt systems, built in 1986 is still in operation testing boards for a defense contractor.)

6U, CompactPCI/PXI module

The CP213 is a single-width, 6U, CompactPCI/PXI module with either 32 or 64 differential analog input channels that can alternately be configured under software control as 64 or 128 single-ended analog input channels. A 16-bit ADC scans each channel at a scan rate chosen by the user. The number of channels scanned and scan rate are software selectable. Scans may be triggered from either the internal clock, one of eight PXI backplane triggers, the PXI star trigger bus or an external SMB connector on the module front panel. Single and continuous scan operations are supported. If single scan operation is chosen, an interrupt may be generated at the end of the scan.
