The AWS-0103 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC intended for radar and 5G phased array applications. The device supports four radiating elements, single beam transmit, and dual beam receive and includes all requisite beam steering controls for 6 bit phase and gain control. The device provides 21 dB gain and +15 dBm output power during transmit mode and 7 dB gain and +7 dBm IIP3 during receive mode. Additional features include gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, and fast beam switching using eight on-chip beam weight storage registers. The device features ESD protection on all pins, operates from a +1.8V supply, and is packaged in a 56 lead 7x7 mm QFN for easy installation in planar phased array antennas.

Lince6M5 is a single chip, fully digital, high speed CMOS active pixel sensor which is designed for maximum flexibility. It has excellent performance in a large variety of applications, ranging from low noise, high dynamic range surveillance, to high speed slow motion analysis, including high resolution machine vision applications. Lince6M5 incorporates a high speed 6.5MP CMOS active pixel image sensor providing both global and rolling electronic shutter, as well as High Dynamic Range (HDR) features. T5230 memory test system for NAND/NVM devices adopts a combined array architecture to achieve best-in-class cost-of-test performance for wafer test, including wafer-level burn-in (WLBI) and built-in self-test (BIST). The system can perform on-wafer test of 1,024 memory devices per test head in parallel, delivering high productivity and enabling floor space savings of up to 86%. Multiple test cells are connected per system controller in the T5230, allowing independent wafer test of each test cell. The test cells can be stored in a general multi-wafer prober while minimizing the test cell floor space, and the tester can be docked with probers in both linear and multi-stack configurations. For functional tests at a maximum test rate of 125MHz/250Mbps, the T5230 assures high timing accuracy, repeatability, and failure detection capability.

PIRANHA
The Piranha platform employs a NI single board RIO (sbRIO), NI C Series I/O modules, and custom circuitry. Piranha systems are not dependent on a separate host computer. They offer both Ethernet, and Wi-Fi connectivity to a powerful real-time controller and high performance field-programmable gate array (FPGA) and up to two (2) C Series I/O modules. It provides stand-alone embedded execution for deterministic LabVIEW Real-Time applications. These controllers are designed for ruggedness, reliability, and low power consumption. The heart of Piranha system is the reconfigurable I/O (RIO) FPGA core. The RIO core has an individual connection to each I/O module and is programmed using easy to use elemental I/O functions to read or write signal information from each module. Multiple units can also be daisy changed together for larger applications.
