The M4i.77xx-x8 series digital waveform acquisition (logic-analyzer) cards include versions with 32 synchronous channels, either single-ended with programmable threshold levels or differential. The large onboard memory can be segmented to record different waveform sequences. The AD8-1500DMA series has a 1500 MSPS 8-bit A/D, 8GB/16GB of on-board SDRAM memory and the ability to transfer data directly into the computer system's memory at up to 320 MB/s on 64-bit PCI systems. Sampling is controlled by an onboard oscillator or by an external clock input, which may be in the frequency range between 20 MHz and 1500 MHz. Multiple boards may be configured to acquire either concurrently, for more simultaneous acquisition channels, or sequentially, with an automatic overlap selectable from 0 to nearly 2GB, in 512KB steps, for longer record length. Drivers for 64 bit Linux and Solaris operating systems included.

The SC5510A and SC5511A are VCO-based, synthesized signal sources with very low phase noise and an amplitude control of 0.01 dB throughout its -30 dBm to +15 dBm output power range. By utilizing a unique multiple phase-locked loop architecture, phase spurs are kept below -70 dBc across the entire tuning range, even at 1 Hz step resolution. These 20 GHz signal sources include an additional, independent RF2 channel with a tunable frequency range from 100 MHz to 3 GHz and a tuning resolution of 25 MHz.
