The RF / MW switch includes a variety of RF and microwave switch modules - RF multiplexers, which are available for use in the 34980A multifunction switch / measurement unit, providing broadband switching from DC to 20GHz . Use these modules to route test signals between your device under test and a signal source, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, or other instrument. The switch / attenuator driver module also controls the external switches and attenuators of the 34980A.

The BaKo Type BK8020 ECM Noise Under RF Test System tests microphones under RF noise, using a ‘Direct Injection Test’ in the frequency range of 5MHz~2.5GHz with an amplitude modulated (AM) disturbance signal of 1kHz. You run the system using the controlling PC, which allows automatic configuration and which runs the test sequence automatically. When you finish testing, you can print data as an MS Excel report or save it for comparison and analysis.

RF Amplifiers Bias Controllers

RF amplifier bias controllers generate a regulated drain voltage and actively adjusts the gate voltage of an external amplifier to achieve constant bias current. It can be used to bias any enhancement and depletion type amplifier operating in Class-A regime with drain voltages (VDRAIN) as specified. These devices achieve excellent bias stability over supply, temperature and process variations, and eliminates the required calibration procedures used to prevent RF performance degradation due to such variations.

The Type RPD-2 Radio Frequency (RF) Proximity Detector is designed to detect and locate devices that radiate radio waves in the high frequency to low microwave frequency range. Such devices often include surveillance and “spy” equipment. The Type RPD-2, when used with the different sensors, will detect the emanation of the radio wave within a confined area, and then isolate its location to within approximately a square foot. The type RPD-2A may be used as an RF field strength indicator for antenna field strength measurements. The RPD-2A is identical in function except that the meter scale is calibrated in relative dB units.
