Arbitrary Waveform Generator
The M2p.65xx series offers different versions of arbitrary waveform generators for PCI Express with a maximum output rate of 125 MS/s. These boards allow to generate freely definable waveforms on several channels synchronously. With one of the synchronization options the setup of synchronous multi channel systems is possible as well as the combination of arbitrary waveform generator with digitizers of the M2p product family. The 512 MSample on-board memory can be used as arbitrary waveform storage or as a FIFO buffer continuously stream data via the PCIe interface. Importantly, the high-resolution 16-bit DACs deliver four times the resolution than AWGs using older 14-bit technology.

The 40-834-101 is a 75 Ohm 8 to 1 RF MUX with 2 banks in a single PXI slot. It has been designed to exhibit low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost. Each MUX has been carefully designed to ensure excellent and repeatable RF characteristics to frequencies of 3GHz with each path having a nominally equal insertion loss. The design of the 40-834 minimizes the injection of noise and unwanted signals into the signal path by careful attention to the mechanical and electrical design.

Teledyne Test Tools new T3AFG series of function / arbitrary waveform generators use advanced Digital Frequency Synthesis (DDS) technology to produce high quality standard function and arbitrary waveform signals. They also provide a wide range of analog and digital modulation functions. The T3AFG series of Arbitrary Waveform Generators includes models with up to 120 MHz bandwidth, 1.2 GSa/s sample rate, 16-bit vertical resolution and 8 Mpts of data. Common analog and digital modulations, sweep and burst are provided to support complex signal generation. The T3AFG series also provides true dual channels with internal waveform combination, flexible phase/channel control and copy/coupling/tracking between channels. These features enable Teledyne Test Tools Arbitrary Waveform Generators to provide a variety of high fidelity and low jitter signals, meeting the growing requirements of complex and intensive applications.

The N2795A is a new generation of low-cost, single-ended active probe with the AutoProbe interface. The probe integrates many of the characteristics needed for today’s general-purpose, high-speed probing - especially in digital system design, component design/characterization, and educational research applications. Its 1MΩ input resistance and extremely low input capacitance (1 pF) provide ultra low loading of the DUT. The 41-625-001 (PXI) and 43-625-001 (PXIe) are function generator modules that provide 32 channels in a single PXI/PXIe slot. They can generate sine waves to 300 kHz with 5.76 mHz frequency resolution referenced to the 10 MHz PXI clock. The output voltage range is up to +/-25 V in a 16-bit resolution. It also support PXI trigger functions allowing events from other instruments to initiate waveform generation or sweeps.
