The GX5296 offers advanced dynamic digital I/O performance and capabilities in a single slot, 3U PXI format. The 32-channel, GX5296 features timing per pin, multiple time sets, data formatting, and an advanced sequencer – providing users with the capability to emulate and test complex digital busses for system, board or device test applications. Offering sub-nanosecond edge placement resolution per pin and a PMU per pin, the GX5296 has the ability to perform both DC and AC parametric testing. Each digital channel can be individually programmed for a drive hi, drive lo, sense hi, sense lo, and load value (with commutation voltage level). In addition, each channel offers a parametric measurement unit (PMU) providing users with the capability to perform parallel DC measurements on the DUT (device under test).

Therefore existing customers can use the same software they developed for a 10 year old 60 MS/s digital input card also for an M4i.77xx series 720 MS/s logic analyzer.

ATS-GPU
ATS-GPU is a software framework developed by AlazarTech to allow users to do real-time signal processing using an Open CL compatible Graphical Processing Unit (GPU). Input to the GPU can either come from an AlazarTech PCI Express waveform digitizer or from user-supplied data. Fundamentally, ATS-GPU solves the problem of transferring data from a waveform digitizer to a GPU at very high speeds. A floating point FFT routine built into ATS-GPU has been benchmarked at 235,000 FFTs per second for 2048 points on one input. Ideal for Optical Coherence Tomography (SS-OCT). Benchmarks also showed that users can keep up with 500 MS/s sampling on one channel for 2048 point streaming FFTs.
