kSA Emissometer
The kSA Emissometer is designed to quickly and easily generate high-resolution diffuse and specular reflectance and total emissivity maps of MOCVD carriers. Carrier emissivity variation means temperature non-uniformity, which can lead to reduced device yield and possibly complete growth run failure. With the kSA Emissometer, emissivity changes can be tracked to determine carrier end-of-life, without wasting growth runs. The kSA Emissometer also detects unwanted residual deposits after baking, and easily identifies carrier surface defects, scratches, microcracks and pits that are not visible to the eye.

PCI-X Carrier For AMC Modules
PCI102
The PCI102 allows testing of AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.3 modules in a PC environment during development and manufacturing; reducing the costs associated with maintaining different platforms. The PCI101 is a PCI-X edge style carrier with PCIe x4 lanes going to the AMC module. The AMC.1 module connects to the host PC’s PCI-X bus via a PCI-X to PCI ebridge. The AMC.2 module’s GbE ports are routed to RJ-45s. The AMC.3 differential pairs are routed to two SATA connectors. ThePCI102 is available with an optional VT001 IPMI controller which can test the AMC IPMI management functionality. The dual I2C bus connectors allow for connecting any I2C bus to any other I2C bus as well as being able to debug and monitor the I2C bus traffic. Provides two current sense resistors to measure the payload power as well as the management power of the AMC. The PCI102 can be powered on the bench without the host PC.

The PEM010 is a highly integrated millimeter wave transmitter that covers the 60 GHz global unlicensed spectrum allocations packaged in a standard waveguide module. Transmitter architecture is a double conversion, sliding IF with wide bandwidth capability through the up-conversion chain from baseband to carrier. The I/Q interface accepts analog baseband signals which provides for flexibility in design and applications. The baseband input optionally supports FSK/MSK modulation for non-coherent applications.
