See3CAM_CU130 is an Ultra HD USB camera board based on Aptina™ AR1820HS sensor. It streams Ultra HD (3840x2160) at 30fps over USB3 in compressed MJPEG format, Full HD (1920x1080) at 30fps and HD (1280x720) at 60fps in both uncompressed and compressed MJPEG formats. This Custom Lens camera board is also backward compatible with USB 2.0, although in USB2, this camera supports fewer resolutions at lower frame rates.

Our Real Time Interferometric Process Monitor provides high precision detection of film thickness and trench depth during the etching/deposition process.Depending on applications, LEM camera includes a 670 or 905 or 980 nm laser and when mounted on any dry etch/deposition process chamber with a direct top view of the wafer this generates a small laser spot on the sample surface.Interference occurs when monochromatic light hits the sample surface, resulting in different optical path lengths due to film thickness and height variations in the film.This allows the etch/deposition rate and thus thickness to be monitored in real time, also fringes counting or more complex analysis, providing enhanced process control Endpoint for a wide variety of processes. Additionally interfaces can be detected by their change in reflectivity.

The ENC400B is an RGB to NTSC video and S-Video encoder designed for industrial video applications. The ENC400B is especially useful for recording the signal from one of the new generation cameras that do not produce NTSC video or S-Video signals. The color subcarrier is locked to the horizontal frequency using advanced phase locked loop techniques. High signal bandwidth is maintained on both the composite and S-Video outputs.
