DUT Boards
RTI designs and manufactures DUT boards for many types of special purpose test equipment including: ESD test systems, special purpose functional testers, automated curve trace equipment, as well as standard semiconductor test equipment. All designs are performed in-house using PCB design software (Mentor PADS, CAM350) and 3D mechanical design software (Solid Edge) if required. PCB fabrication is sub-contracted to one of our long-time fabrication partners.

Multi-Functional Board
PCI - HARPOON
PCI-Harpoon is a multi-functional board with capabilites for isolated measurement and control. The initial use of the PCI-Harpoon is to simulate - act as if the PCI-Harpoon was another piece of equipment. The simulation provides a means to test the rest of the equipment without requiring the real [expensive] asset. In addition the PCI-Harpoon can provide status and direct software control of the system.

The board ADDIMULTI APCI-035 is equipped with 4 watchdogs allowing the simultaneous monitoring of multiple processes. Watchdog N? 1 works with 2 alarm levels and can be set to 1 of 4 different time bases (µs, ms, s, min). Level 1 alarms the PC cntrol and/or the monitored device. Level 2 resets the PC and/or the monitored device after a defined time. The alarm control can be accessed through 1 trigger channel and 4 different time bases.
