The FLIR MUVE™C360 is a multi-gas detector completely integrated with an unmanned aerial system (UAS) to provide real-time continuous monitoring of chemical hazards while on the move. The sensor block boasts 8-channels, which includes a photoionization detector (PID), Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) detector, and six other sensors. The integrated snorkel is designed to negate the effects of rotor wash, extending past the propellers to sample the unperturbed air. The MUVE C360 sensor block quickly latches to a proprietary integration dock mounted to the UAS. The FLIR calibration station features the same dock, so the operator can easily connect for routine sensor verification. The integrating sphere is used for total luminous flux measurement. It uniforms the light by spatially integrating the collected light of light source. The integrating sphere has highly reflective diffusing plates formed on the spheres internal surfaces. These plates repeatedly scatter light rays from the light source with in the sphere to all other points to deliver uniform brightness distribution so measuring a portion of that light gives the total luminous flux. These years, the usage of integrating sphere for total luminous flux evaluation of light source is increasing. The large size integrating sphere over 1.5M is required for measuring a high brightness light source and a long light source such as fluorescent light.

The ADGM1304 is a wideband, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch, fabricated using Analog Devices, Inc., microelectro-mechanical system (MEMS) switch technology. This technology enables a small, wide bandwidth, highly linear, low insertion loss switch that is operational down to 0 Hz/dc, making it an ideal switching solution for a wide range of RF applications. An integrated control chip generates the high voltage necessary to electrostatically actuate the switch via a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor-transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible parallel interface. All four switches are independently controllable. The ADGM1304 is packaged in a 24-lead, 5 mm × 4 mm × 0.95 mm lead frame chip-scale package (LFCSP).

The ADF5356 allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency. The wideband microwave VCO design permits frequency operation from 6.8 GHz to 13.6 GHz at one radio frequency (RF) output. A series of frequency dividers at another frequency output permits operation from 53.125 MHz to 6800 MHz. The ADF5356 has an integrated VCO with a fundamental output frequency ranging from 3400 MHz to 6800 MHz. In addition, the VCO frequency is connected to divide by 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, or 64 circuits that allow the user to generate RF output frequencies as low as 53.125 MHz. For applications that require isolation, the RF output stage can be muted. The mute function is both pin- and software-controllable.

Based upon the EmStat range, there are two types of multiplexers to suit most types of sensor array work. The MUX8 is the most flexible offering the ability to connect arrays made of up to eight working electrodes in two or three electrode cell types and chips sharing a reference electrode and/or counter electrode. The MUX16 is suitable for sensor arrays or chips with sixteen working electrodes all sharing a RE and/or a CE. Both instruments are suitable for laminated layer corrosion analysis.The potentiostat is controlled and powered by USB and is used with PSTrace allowing for simultaneous sampling of each channel at a rate of 25 ms/channel. Standard packaging includes a shielded cable with connections for a working, a counter and a reference electrode by means of 2 mm banana connectors and mini-crocodile clips, a stripped end, Dsub-37 terminated flat cable and a USB cable. To make connections to chips simpler the Connection Terminal is an optional extra providing clearly marked screw terminals to the electrodes and can be directly joined to the ESMUX via their D-Sub connectors.
