The incomparable “Big Bag King” from Fortress sets an untouchable industry standard for sensitivity levels. No other system in the world can come close to detecting 2.0 mm stainless steel in 50-100 lb bags of dry product. The system also detects ferrous and non-ferrous metal as small as 1.5 mm. Traditionally, larger aperture sizes mean reduced sensitivity in the world of metal detection. However, the Phantom Large Bag system defies this law by using a specialized coil structure. It also includes a noise reduction modification that dramatically reduces the detector’s susceptibility to RF interference.
