CalEasy is a full-featured, Calibration Executive software package that supports the verification and calibration of Marvin Test Solutions instruments. The software is intended for use by users that prefer to perform in-house calibration and verification for their Marvin Test Solutions instruments. By calibrating or verifying the instrument in-house, the time and cost associated with returning an instrument to Marvin Test Solutions for calibration service can be eliminated or reduced. CalEasy is also used internally by Marvin Test Solutions production to perform initial calibration and to recalibrate the instrument when received for service. This ensures that user and factory based calibration performance is similar. Depending on the specific instrument, standards instrumentation supported for calibration / verification includes a DMM, and a frequency standards module. Some modules require the use of matrix switch card.

The Fluke Calibration 6109A and 7109A Portable Calibration Baths are liquid baths that let process industry professionals calibrate four times more sanitary sensors per batch in less time and with twice the accuracy of other portable baths in this class. Larger than micro baths, up to four tri-clamp sanitary sensors fit easily into these baths for calibration at ± 0.1 °C temperature display accuracy. Throughput is even higher for sanitary RTDs with small or no flanges. Two bath models cover a wide temperature range: 35 °C to 250 °C for the 6109A and -25 °C to 140 °C for the 7109A. Each model offers a “-P” version that includes process electronics for connecting an external reference probe. Professionals working in clean process industries, including facilities managers, production engineers and calibration technicians, prefer these baths for a variety of reasons.

The Model T703 is a microprocessor controlled ozone calibrator for precision gas analyzers. The Model T703 can deliver concentrations from 50 ppb to 5 ppm at flows from 1 LPM to 5 LPM.The Model T703 has two major components; the ozone generating device and the photometer. The ozone generator produces ozone by passing zero air over a UV lamp. Flow rate and lamp intensity are adjusted to deliver a specified ozone concentration by volume. The temperate and pressure compensated photometer, identical to that of the Model T400 ozone analyzer, provides feedback control of the UV lamp intensity, assuring stable ozone output. A nearly unlimited number of calibration sequences may be programmed into the non-volatile memory of the T703, covering time periods up to a year.

The ITS-7025 Temperature Sensor was developed to monitor the temperature of liquid-cooled klystron amplifiers. The sensor is designed to clamp directly to the cooling pipe and provide an analog voltage output from 0 to 10 VDC corresponding to 0 to 100 degC with 2 degC accuracy. Two analog outputs are provided; one for connection to a remote data acquisition system, and a second for local service monitoring. A single +28 VDC (other voltages available) powers the sensor which draws less than 100 uA.

The 1U647-001 is a low cost calibration standard used to determine if a 1U632-100 or a 1U663-100 DMU requires factory calibration. Its portability makes it ideal for field-testing. The standard generates signals that simulate the aircraft’s resolvers, rotary variable transformers (RVTs), and linear variable displacement transformers (LVDTs). The unit also generates a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal, and routes the output of an ARINC 429 source to the different DMU input channels. The calibration standard connects directly to the DMU and replaces the output signals of an active extender card. Discrete switch settings simplify testing. The unit is housed in a rugged aluminum case.
