Expansion cables are available for the 50-512 and 50-513: The 50-512 can be expanded to 44x8 or the 50-513 can be expanded to 88x4 using two cards linked by the ribbon cable assembly 50-976-020-0.1M. The 40-877-001 is a 50Ω 2x2 RF matrix with 1 bank in a single PXI slot. Loop-thru connections are provided on both the X and Y axis allowing the attachment of terminations for unused signals or for expansion to other matrices. Larger matrices are easily built with varied X and Y dimensions, such as 8x2 and 4x4 using multiple 40-877 modules. The module has low insertion loss and VSWR through the use of modern RF relay technology at an affordable cost.
