The PXI‑7342 offers blended motion trajectory control and fully coordinated circular, linear, point-to-point, gearing, and vector-space control in either embedded motion operation or host-centric programming environments. NI provides contouring capability for more complex moves. The onboard CPU uses an embedded real-time OS that has event-driven multitasking control.
