The Keysight 10735A Three Axis Interferometer is used in multiple axis applications where linear and angular control of the stage is required. It combines in a single package the functionality of an optical bench with multiple beam benders, beam splitters, and three interferometers. PCI-X Carrier For AMC Modules

The PCI102 allows testing of AMC.1, AMC.2 and AMC.3 modules in a PC environment during development and manufacturing; reducing the costs associated with maintaining different platforms. The PCI101 is a PCI-X edge style carrier with PCIe x4 lanes going to the AMC module. The AMC.1 module connects to the host PC’s PCI-X bus via a PCI-X to PCI ebridge. The AMC.2 module’s GbE ports are routed to RJ-45s. The AMC.3 differential pairs are routed to two SATA connectors. ThePCI102 is available with an optional VT001 IPMI controller which can test the AMC IPMI management functionality. The dual I2C bus connectors allow for connecting any I2C bus to any other I2C bus as well as being able to debug and monitor the I2C bus traffic. The Model T300U Trace-level CO analyzer has been developed specifically to address the challenges of low level monitoring as required, for example, in the US NCore network. Using IR absorption with a Gas Filter Correlation Wheel, the T300U is designed to allow ultra-sensitive CO measurements while still meeting the requirements for use as a US EPA compliance analyzer.The optical bench is enclosed in a temperature controlled oven, dramatically decreasing instrument noise and drift. The objective and field mirrors in the sample cell are gold plated to maximize signal to noise performance, while a temperature-controlled Nafion dryer on the inlet minimizes water interference caused by ambient humidity changes. Periodically, the T300U seamlessly corrects its baseline by routing the sample through a heated catalytic CO scrubber. This Auto Reference function corrects zero drift and reduces the effect of interferences.
