The ITS-7025 Temperature Sensor was developed to monitor the temperature of liquid-cooled klystron amplifiers. The sensor is designed to clamp directly to the cooling pipe and provide an analog voltage output from 0 to 10 VDC corresponding to 0 to 100 degC with 2 degC accuracy. Two analog outputs are provided; one for connection to a remote data acquisition system, and a second for local service monitoring. A single +28 VDC (other voltages available) powers the sensor which draws less than 100 uA.

VisualIMPACT Software
CEAST VisualIMPACT software is designed to control CEAST Pendulums and Drop Tower Series, manage tests and offer a user-friendly interface when using the Data Acquisition System. It records force and absorbed energy data related to impacts, visualizes and helps analyze the results and calculates resilience. The operator is guided through parameters setup by means of tables describing strikers and specimens that are filtered according to the test type and international standard selected. In the case of instrumented tests, many possibilities for data analysis and visualization are made available. The results are shown through comprehensive and customizable graphs and can be filtered by break type (only specimens with a selected break type are shown). Working with groups of test, the software performs a statistical analysis, and the operator can pick and discard single test results. Different measurement units can be selected. It is possible to print reports and to export data totally or partially. Recent improvements include the possibility to set a number of user profiles, including graphic settings, default printing options, advanced parameters for data analysis and so on, switching quickly from one another when looking at results. The introduction of a new Data Acquisition System (CEAST DAS 64K) in the Impact product line has also triggered a number of new capabilities for the SW, which is now able to process a more comprehensive calibration file for instrumented tups and hammers and manage DAS configurations with a wider range of data acquisition channels.

This high-density reed relay matrix with 256 crosspoints. This model is configured as a Dual 16x8, model 40-531 is configured as a 32x8. Both modules are available in a choice of reed relay formats: 1-pole, 2-pole and 1-Pole screened. The screened version can be used for switching coaxial signals up to 50MHz. Typical applications include signal routing in Functional ATE and data acquisition systems. These PXI matrix modules are constructed using high reliability Sputtered Ruthenium Reed Relays, offering 109 operations to give maximum switching confidence with long life and stable contact resistance. Larger matrices may be constructed by Daisy Chaining the common signals from multiple PXI modules. These COD gages use a high-temperature capacitive sensor and do not require any cooling. They will operate up to the maximum temperature limit of most environmental chambers used in materials testing. The Model 7641 is ideal for determination of fracture mechanics parameters such as JIC, KIC, R-curve, fatigue crack growth rate (da/dN), and testing to standards such as E1820, E399, E647, etc. All units can be displaced slightly in compression for ease of installation. The COD gage is supplied with the advanced DT6229 controller. The standard output is 0-10VDC analog signal, factory calibrated with the COD gage. This system provides a number of functional enhancements, including: high speed digital output, built in calibration and tare functions, analog and digital filters, and more. The 7641 is readily interfaced with most existing test controllers, and may be directly connected to a data acquisition system or chart recorder, or directly to a PC. The 7641 may be used for strain controlled tests such as JIC.
