You can use inputs as counters or standard digital inputs, and you can adjust filter time to improve measurement quality. Inputs can include a built‐in power supply for sensors. Output modules feature circuit and overload protection and can drive up to 500 mA per channel, up to 8 A per module.A remote I/O system consists of an EtherCAT bus coupler and individual modules mounted on a DIN rail.
