Each of CPI TMD's TWT-based units is comprised of a compact power supply and mini TWT, combined into an ultra-compact, lightweight "drop-in" amplifier block. This simplifies system design and installation, increases reliability and minimizes safety hazards. The units also feature high electrical efficiency and excellent thermal management. Performance is factory set, removing the need for any user adjustments in the field and, if necessary, permitting easy field replacement of the complete unit. The product range covers S-band to Ka-band, and includes continuous wave (CW), pulsed and CW/pulsed units of extremely compact design. Power Dividers
We currently offer coaxial resistive power dividers (aka power splitters), which are inherently broadband and have excellent low frequency response (0!) albeit with poor isolation; and also Wilkinson Power dividers, aka Wilkinson Splitters. We have as connector options SMA, N, 1.95mm, & 2.92mm. Our power dividers cover DC-70Ghz. While most of our power dividers are 2-ways, we also have 3, 4, & 8 way dividers. The resistive power splitters are implemented with tiny resistors. Wilkinson splitters can be microstrip or stripline. RF Power Dividers are often lumped element, Microwave Power Dividers are often microstrip.
