This equipment comprises of high current source for testing of circuit breakers with additional facility for temperature rise testing (thus incorporating testing for moulded case, vacuum & air circuit breakers as per IEC 60947-2). The system integrates a servo controlled source with closed loop current feedback to maintain the current constant. It has the necessary instrumentation for maintaining current at full load & other conditions arising in testing at high current. The Eurotech RFID FS RFID accurately rewinds rolls of RFID labels and validates their receptivity by running them through the Voyantic Tagsurance RFID inspection system. The unit allows stopping at a predetermined editing spot for the removal and replacement of the defective piece, as well as indicating defective labels by a mark printed by an inkjet system integrated with the machine. Adjustment of the closed loop tension control system can be made through adjusting the parameters on the software that control the servo motor control system. The DMC-41x3 motion controller is one of Galil's latest generation, stand-alone motion controller. Compared with the DMC-21x3 controller, the DMC-41x3 offers the following enhancements: 100BASE-T Ethernet, aux RS232 port, USB port, uncommitted analog inputs, up to 15 MHz encoder frequencies, more program memory, and faster sample frequencies. The DMC-41x3 also accommodates the same stepper and servo motor drives used in the DMC-40x0 series and allows two 4-axis 750 W drives to be installed in the 8-axis controller package. PCI Three-Axis High Performance Laser Board with External Sampling

The Keysight N1231B PCI Three-Axis Laser Board with External Sampling is a register based PCI bus board that implements three axes of laser interferometer measurement for position monitoring and closed-loop servo control. There are four external sample inputs along with four data hold inputs that allow easy synchronization with user systems. Several threshold compare registers, with both hardware outputs and interrupt capability, can be used for travel limit and in window or out of window detection functions. The dual mode hardware position outputs, controlled by the hold inputs, provide either a 32-bits/axis parallel interface or a 36-bit multiplexed interface to the 36-bit axis position data at rates up to 20MHz. The user can programmatically access the externally sampled position and velocity data, as well as software sampled position and velocity data, over the PCI bus at rates up to 100kHz (3 axes of position and velocity) or 200kHz (position or velocity only).
