Line Impedance Stabilization Networks
LISN
LISN stands for 'Line Impedance Stabilization Network'. Com-Power offers a line of LISNs developed for conducted emission testing according to the most commonly adopted EMC specifications like CISPR, FCC, ISO, EN, RTCA DO-160 and MIL-STD 461D. The LISN circuit is designed and constructed to meet the performance criteria given by these standards.

Near Field Probes
A typical emi emission test is performed using broadband EMC antennas such as biconical, log periodics, Combilogs and horns. These antennas usually placed at 1, 3 or 10 meter distance as required by the test specification. These is considered far field measurements and the emission limits are given for the specific distance by the specification. During EMI compliance measurements, the emissions levels from products are compared with these limits. If the product exceeds these limits it is considered failing. These tests are typically conducted in a open area test site IOATS) or inside an anechoic chamber.

Dipole Antenna
AD-100
The Tuned Dipole Antenna model AD-100 is a reference antenna set specified in many EMC standards. It is used in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 1 GHz. This set consists of four baluns and was designed according to American National Standard C63.4. This reference antenna set is used for EMC test site calibrations and for calibrating other antennas, because it is considered a standard antenna according to ANSI C63.5 standard.

Preamplifiers
Com-Power broadband high gain preamplifiers were designed for electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing and certification. EMC test labs use preamplifiers to improve sensitivity of the test system during EMI radiated emissions measurements. Without a high gain preamplifier, signals picked by the antenna that have amplitudes below the noise floor of the test system cannot be measured. The preamplifier gain has minimum variations for the entire operating frequency range for accurate emissions measurements. The Com-Power preamplifiers were primarily intended for EMC applications. However, it can be used for other applications that require signal amplification.

Current Probes
Com-Power's Current Injection Probes are used for RF conducted immunity testing per IEC 61000-4-6, CISPR 16-1-2, RTCA DO-160 and MIL-STD 461. Current injection Probes are to be used only when there is no commercially available CDN for the type of port(s) to be tested.

Surge Generator
SGTEL-168
The SGTEL-168 is a versatile surge generator designed to simulate all the environmental surge transients as described in FCC TIA-968-B (formerly known as Part 68) and Industry Canada CS03 standard. It provides a single box solution Type A, Type B (metallic and longitudinal) and Powerline surges. These surges simulate the effect of lightning on telecom equipment under test. So it is also referred to as Lightning Simulator. The electromagnetic energy from the lightning couples into the equipment by powerline or telecom cable exposed to the lightning directly or indirectly. This model is an upgraded version of SG-168 with windows software control and a user friendly front panel for manual operation.

Combilog Antenna
AC-220
The AC-220 Combilog antenna is for EMC emission and immunity up to 2 GHz.. It combines the electrical properties of two antenna (biconical and Log ). It reduces overall testing time by 20 - 30% due to antenna switching. It is Optimized for emission measurements, but can handle up to 500 Watt CW, making it suitable for most immunity measurements . Each antenna is individually calibrated at 10 meters and the data included the purchase price.
