Open Path Combustible Gas Detector
SafEye (Quasar 900)
Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection
The Open Path Combustible system detects hydrocarbon gases by analyzing the absorption of radiation caused by gases in the atmosphere and comparing it to background atmospheric absorption. This is accomplished between a pair of units: a Flash Source and a Detector that can monitor a distance of up to 200 meters.Open Path Combustible Gas Detectors are robustly designed and can handle the toughest environments: 316L stainless steel housings that meet IP66/IP68 and NEMA 250 6P egress standards; circuit boards epoxy coated for protection; MIL-C-810C testing for humidity, salt, fog, vibration, mechanical shock and temperature extremes; and SIL-2 approval per IEC61508 is a final statement in reliability.

Portable Gas Leak Detector
Oxygas 500
Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection
The Oxygas 500 compliments the Gascoseeker 500 with a similar performance, measuring % LEL and % volume flammable hydrocarbons, but with the addition of oxygen for either gas/air or gas/nitrogen/air purging. The Oxygas 500 has the following additional features; automated zero during start-up, manually selectable purge mode. The P-500 variant has an additional part per million (ppm) range of methane. The Oxygas 500 is easy to use with very simple training, as the operation of the instrument follows the operation of the purge cycle. The rugged design allows the Oxygas 500 to be used in harsh environments. The instrument is also fully compatible with our range of calibration software and equipment.

Compact Bump Gas Solution
Eco Bump
Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection
Importantly, bump testing is the only way to validate that gas detectors will respond to gas and trigger user alarms.Simplified configuration (no software).Measuring only 7.2” (180mm) in height (including the push button regulator), the pocket-sized EcoBump can easily be stored and transported with minimal shipping costs. With 5.5L of bump gas capacity, EcoBump provides approx. 250 bump tests from a single cylinder making it our most cost effective bump solution.

Laser Open Path H2S Detector
GD1
Teledyne Gas & Flame Detection
The GD1 has been designed with features that provide an effective response to the detection of gas hazards in a wide range of industrial environments from offshore production facilities to wastewater treatment plants. At the heart of the detector is a tuneable laser diode that eliminates environmental effects from sun, rain and fog. The laser scans single absorption lines where there is no interference from other gases. The GD1 needs no recalibration and can replace multiple standard detectors to cover the same risk. The complete optomechanical design and construction is so stable that an ultra fast speed of response can be achieved while providing unparalleled service life and detector stability, thus saving on maintenance and service costs.Supplied with worldwide hazardous area approvals. Suitable for use in systems with SIL 2 requirement.
