Rain Test Chamber - Twin Shower
The Drive-In Rain Test Chamber is generally used to conduct whole body testing of assembled vehicles under different rain test procedures to study and estimate their structural degradations and destructions induced by rain/water. The twin shower area with 1.1 million litre & 0.35 million litre volume is enclosed in a shed where arrays of pipes are interconnected to form zones to ensure the uniform spraying as per JSS 55555 test standard. The water gushes through the nozzle at a flow rate of up to 288 cu m/hr and the test chamber water collection system have a central grating with sufficient slope to collect the sprayed water during operation and circulate it back to the water reservoir to ensure close loop circulation.

Contact Resistance Measurement System
CRMS
The CRMS is a system designed to allow any user to measure the resistance of each set of relay contacts associated with the relay under test. The test system consists of a CONTACT RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT UNIT (CRMU), a MULTIPLE RELAY TEST RACK, as well as an interconnect CABLE ASSEMBLY. Either DC or AC energy to pick and drop relay coils under test for all contact measurements is supplied from the CRMU and easily interfaces with the Multiple Relay Test Rack. For additional and more thorough testing of relays an external relay tester can be interfaced to the Multiple Relay Test Rack to supply energy to the relay coil. It is recommended that the UTE Relay Tester With Timer/Counter (UTE Product # 15967-00) be utilized so the operator can take full advantage of the unique features it offers

Optical Test And Measurement
Any type of fiber optic interconnection requires its interfaces to be free of dust and scratches in order to reach the lowest transmission loss. Small, handheld and battery powered inspection tools are available from AMS Technologies for inspection of fiber optic connectors in the field as well as high resolution type microscopes suitable for use in a production environment for qualifying the endface preparation. Additional S/W tools can support the user in making a quick decision if a certain defect is acceptable or if the surface fault disqualifies it for further use. 9025 VXI - 25 Module Solution for VXI
The 9025 VXI Receiver is a 25-module solution designed for use with VPC pre-wired interconnect adapters, but can also accommodate a combination of pre-wired interconnect adapters and discrete-wired modules using retainer blocks.1-4 modules attach to an interconnect adapter which in turn is attached to the VXI card. This connector “funnel” forms a complete VXI module, which is easily inserted or removed from the VXI mainframe for maximum flexibility in testing applications. The interconnect adapter also provides room for driver sensors. External cabling to the card is done with a cable clamp or connector located on the top or bottom of the adapter. The SMT adapter consists of standard high temperature FR4 with plugged via technology, eutectic SN63PB37 solder balls or SAC lead free solder balls and threaded inserts for mounting the socket. The top side of adapter has SMT pads to receive socket interconnect and the bottom side has appropriate solder balls for corresponding pitch. This FR4 adapter with balls can be soldered to the SMT pads in the target board. Then socket can be mounted to the threaded insert on the FR4 adapter.
