PXI/PXIe Battery Simulator Module, 2-Channel, 1 kV Isolation

These 2-channel battery simulators are capable of supplying up to 7 V and 300 mA per channel. The EVd-40 Power Tester is a pre- and post-reconditioning tool for quality control of aftermarket HEV & EV battery production. The equipment integrates a “smart” charger (Sorensen XG 1700 or Kepco KLN 1500W) with NuVant Systems high power discharge electronics. The "power test" discharges battery packs at high power (10,000 watts), while tracking module voltages. The software monitors up to 40 module voltages at a time, identifying any weak modules. The "smart" charger performs charging constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV) and complex mixed mode constant current – constant voltage (CCCV) charging protocols at voltages up to 600 V. This enables recharge of any type of rechargeable battery.

1553-USB-PIU
The 1553-USB-PIU is a Portable Interface Unit providing full MIL-STD-1553 test, simulation and bus analysis capability in a compact self-contained unit, to connect via a USB interface to suitable host systems. The unit provides support for all 1553A, 1553B, McAir and STANAG 3838 variants in a self contained battery operated unit, and is supplied with a matching power supply and battery charger unit for desk-top use. The 1553-USB-PIU supports concurrent Bus Controller (BC) and up to 31 Remote Terminals (RT) with Bus Monitor (BM). An additional stand-alone Chronological Bus Monitor (CBM) facility is also provided, with comprehensive multi-level triggering capability. Full error injection capability is provided in BC and RT modes, with full error detection in BC, RT, BM and CBM modes. The unit provides a variable amplitude dual redundant 1553 interface. 2 Mbytes of dual ported RAM are provided. The unit is supplied with "C" Driver library, together with a Windows GUI, providing a user friendly software tool for all 1553 set-ups, data management and storage.

This Hardy Shaker provides the ability to set the amplitude and change the frequency range without the amplitude changing. This automation makes conducting a test easier. A test can be conducted on a vibration transducer and manually recorded. Multiple tests are not saved; for multiple tests use the HI-903 or HI-803 units. The HI-913 is used for testing from 7 to 10,000 Hz, it offers adjustable frequency and vibration levels. This provides a reference source for verifying the accuracy of vibration transducers, connectors, cabling and instruments or instrumentation systems. The HI-913 has a ruggedized suspension system that can support heavy transducers (up to 800 grams - see frequency limits in the manual). The HI-913 has a built-in battery charger that can operate on 120 or 240 VAC. The unit comes in a rugged Pelican case.

This is our top of the line Hardy Shaker. It provides the ability to set the amplitude and change the frequency range without the amplitude changing. This automation makes conducting vibration tests easier. Tests can be conducted on multiple vibration transducers, and then the saved data can be transferred via USB Flash Drive to be displayed in an automated and customizable report using an Excel template on your computer. In manual mode, the vibration test level and test frequency can be set from 7 Hz to 10,000 Hz. The high accuracy instrument can display the vibration level in terms of g’s peak, velocity peak (in/sec or mm/s) or displacement peak-to-peak (mils or µm). The unit can support payloads up to 800 grams (see frequency limits in the manual). A built-in display reads the output sensitivity, which can be stored in memory. Complete testing sequences and data can be stored in memory for each tested sensor, the unit logs the data on the spot or stores it for later use. For testing of heavy transducers or at high frequencies, the HI-903 automatically corrects the sensitivity calculation for the effects of transducer mass loading. A built-in self-test program checks for accuracy of all calculations. The HI-903 has a built-in battery charger that can operate on 120 or 240 VAC. The unit comes in a rugged Pelican case.

The built-in AC power supply allows the charger to be powered from a 110V wall socket at home or in the shop. The included DC input power plugs can be connected to a 12V lead-acid/gel cell batteries for charging at the field or track. The U113AD has the ability to charge, discharge and cycle Lithium (LiPo, LiIo, LiFe) packs up to 8 cells, NiCad and NiMH packs up to 26 cells, and Lead Acid batteries up to 36V. Telemetry Transmitter for FM with up to 3 Bands

The LS-11-F portable FM test transmitter is designed for checkout and troubleshooting of telemetry receiving systems operating with FM modulation. For applications with any of the ARTM modulations (Tier 0, Tier I, or Tier II), please refer to the LS-11-M Data Sheet. Complete ground stations including the antenna with LNA, RF down-converter, IF receiver, bit synchronizer, and PCM decommutator can be tested and bit error tests performed. The design allows secure links to be tested with an external encryptor. The Test Transmitter contains an internal PCM Data Simulator and Pseudorandom patterngenerator that operates in a BERT mode. The device provides simulated clock and data (without transmitter enabled) and accepts external data for modulating the internal transmitter. Complete setup can be achieved locally through the keypad and two-line LCD display or remotely through the USB Interface. Operational parameters include the PCM format parameter database information (frame sync patterns, wavewords, etc…), pre-modulation filter selection, transmitter carrier frequency, transmitter deviation, and output power level. Output power can be selected from approx. -60 to +5 dBm in 5 dB steps. The Test Transmitter contains a LiFePO4 Battery (Lithium Iron Phosphate), which provides higher energy density at ¼ the weight of legacy lead-acid batteries. The unit also provides an internal battery charger and will operate for up to twelve hours on battery power having received on a full charge.
