WEETECH, as a manufacturer of test equipment, offers its customers also a "Ready To Use" test system solution. It consists of the test table, the customer-specific adaptation as well as the test device, and is very quickly ready for use at the customer's site. According to the customer's requirements, the set-up is designed as a system with permanently installed adaptations for the production of constant cable harnesses in large quantities or with interchangeable adapters for the flexible production of different cable harnesses. Depending on the application, a larger table version or a smaller desk version is available. Various interfaces are available for integrating these solutions into a complete production automation system.

Our model 402HV is the result of 25 years of high voltage / high pin count test systems experience. We produced our first high voltage system back in 1985. It was programmable up to 600 volts / 600 Mohms and had over 49,000 test points. It could test a 5k point board in less that 15 seconds. Since then we have built hundreds of high voltage test systems, with our highest voltage system capable of testing up to 2000 Volts DC / 1500 Volts AC. (One of our 600 volt systems, built in 1986 is still in operation testing boards for a defense contractor.)

Magtrol’s Cogging Test System is a stand-alone test system designed to control and measure Detent Torque, Cogging Torque and Friction Torque. The test System includes a precision geared motor, a TS Series Torque Sensor integrating a 5 000 pulses encoder. CTS 100 to CTS 102 have a built-in security clutches to avoid system overload by mishandling when not in use. The geared motor drives the MUT (Motor Under Test) at a low speed from 1 to 10 rpm (respectively 8 rpm for CTS 103 and CTS 104), while acquiring its cogging torque related to angle position.

Data Patterns' core business for over 20 years has been the development of Automated Test Equipment for critical aerospace requirements. Data Patterns developed a Multi Programmer with associated test automation software in 1994. Christened the DP-800 this product was adopted for the implementation of test rigs for Navigation Platform Test Benches, Engine Test Bed Automation, Cable Harness Test Systems, etc. This product was effectively utilized in the development of test benches required by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the Polar Satellite Launch Vechicle (PSLV) and Geo Stationary Launch Vehicle (GSLV). Based on this foundation, the next generation test benches were developed in the cPCI architecture. Presently, Data Patterns develops cPCI based test systems for Laboratory applications as well as VME based test systems for challenging environmental conditions. Is a process in which a pulsed (80-100 ns) high power electron beam (~1000 A, 15 kV) penetrates approximately 1 μm into the target resulting in a rapid evaporation of target material. The non-equilibrium heating of the target facilitates stoichiometric ablation of the target material. Under optimum conditions, the target stoichiometry is preserved in the deposited films. All solid state materials – metals, semiconductors and insulators, including those transparent to laser wavelengths in PLD – can be deposited as thin films with PED. By combining PLD and PED, the range of complex materials that can be prepared as thin films can be greatly enhanced.
