The S930907B spectrum analysis (SA) adds high-performance microwave spectrum analysis to the N522xB/N524xB PNA family up to 70 GHz. With fast stepped-FFT sweeps resulting from optimized data processing, the SA application provides quick spurious searches over broad frequency ranges. Simultaneous spectrum measurements can be done using up to five test and reference receivers. This multi-channel SA can be used with the internal swept-signal generators for efficient measurements of spurious signals emanating from mixers and frequency converters. The SA application employs source-power and receiver-response calibration as well as fixture de-embedding, providing in-fixture and on-wafer spectrum measurements with the highest level of accuracy.

9025TR - 25 Module Solution with Platform
The 9025TR has over twice the I/O as the G12 and is outfitted with the same 20-inch platform to support enclosures while engaging and disengaging. The front-mount ITA is user-friendly, allowing the enclosure or fixture to be fastened from the mating side. The docking feature of the 9025TR provides an easy way of guiding a fixture into position prior to engagement. Runners along the platform provide a smooth-sliding action, ideal when using fixtures up to 180 pounds. The 16454A is designed for accurate permeability measurements of toroidal-shaped magnetic materials. Since the construction of this fixture creates one turn around the toroid (with no magnetic flux leakage), the need of winding a wire around the toroid is unnecessary. Complex permeability is calculated from the inductance with and without the toroid. When the E4991A/4291B with option 002 is used as the measurement instrument, direct readouts of complex permeability are possible. In addition, it is furnished with a small and a large fixture to adapt to a wide range of sizes.

The 40-196 is a 10 Channel 5A Fault Insertion Switch, primarily designed for the simulation of fault conditions in automotive & avionics applications involving the reliability testing of safety critical controllers. It is designed to be able to insert different fault conditions between the test fixture and the equipment under test: Open-Circuit, Short-Circuit between signal pairs, Short-Circuit between signal pairs and user applied fault conditions e.g. Power or GND. Shorting relays on each channel enable UUT signals to be subjected to external user applied fault conditions or to be shorted to the adjacent signal in the same channel. Relays in line with the signal allow open circuit conditions to be simulated on either side or both sides of a channel signal pair. The switching topology of the 40-196 allows channels to be interconnected so that complex fault insertion systems can be constructed.

L Series
The L Series is the most versatile instrument that Bowman offers. It combines all of the features of the P Series with a larger sample chamber and greater X-Y stage travel. For samples larger than ~12 inches (300 mm) in any direction, the L Series is a must-have. The large sample stage and travel allows for both large parts, or large sample fixtures holding multiple parts, to be measured. The chamber is fully enclosed and boasts a capacity to hold samples up to 22″ (550mm) x 24″ (600mm) x 13″ (330mm) (LxWxH). The X-Y stage travel distance is 10″x10″ (254mm x 254mm). The standard configuration includes a 4-position multiple collimator assembly, and a variable focus camera allowing for measurement in recessed areas. As with other models, the collimator sizes and focal distances are customizable for different customer applications. The programmable X-Y stage is included, but can be removed to allow for the maximum sample height capacity (10″ (254mm) z-height with stage, 13″ (300mm) without). The solid-state PIN detector is included along with our long-life micro-focus x-ray tube. The high performance SDD detector is an optional upgrade.
