Near Field Probes 30 MHz up to 3 GHz
RF1 set
The RF1 near field probe set consists of 4 passive near field probes for making measurements in the development phase of E-field and magnetic field in the ranges of 30 MHz to 3 GHz on electronic assemblies. The probe heads of the RF1 set allow for measurements close to the electronic assemblies, e.g. on single IC pins, conducting paths, components and their connectors in order to localize interference sources. Field orientation and field distribution on an electronic assembly can be detected through a trained special use of the near field probe. The near field probes are small and handy. They have a sheath current attenuation and are electrically shielded. They can be connected to a spectrum analyzer or an oscilloscope with a 50 Ω input. They do not have an internal terminating resistance.

PD Defect Location in High-Voltage Equipment Insulation by Acoustic Sensors To act on deteriorating insulation the source of PD must be known.The insulation defects produce partial discharges, which emits electrical impulses, radiation of electromagnetic waves as well as acoustic signals.The AR700 measures acoustic signals with multiple sensors spread over the transformer. Then the software determines the failure location using the time difference of all incoming signals. Finally, these coordinates are shown in a 3D model of the transformer. AR700 device is used for measuring of acoustic signals on the external surfaces of gas-insulated breakers and substations, power transformers and other tank high-voltage equipment. The acoustic signals are caused by partial discharges in the insulation, which is the sigh of the defects.The advantage of “AR700” device is the quick installation of the acoustic PD sensors on the external surface of high-voltage equipment tank. The sensors have magnetic holder that is why there is no need to de-energize the equipment for the sensors installation. “AR700” device has 4 syn-chronic channels for acoustic signal measurement. This gives the possibility not only to find the defects in the insulation, but also to locate them. The location function of the “AR700”device is unique for acoustic devices.

Smart Water Meter

The RMO-G is a portable micro-ohmmeter designed for contact resistance measurement of non-inductive test objects and applications with increased safety requirement. It tests medium and high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnecting switches, high-current bus bar joints, cable splices, and different high-current links. Due to its Both Sides Grounded and Remote Control functionalities, the instrument accurately measures even in the most demanding environments, providing additional safety to testing personnel.The RMO800G is the most powerful portable micro-ohmmeter on the market with 800 A output current. RMO200G is our best seller in the USA. A user can choose the appropriate model depending on the output current requirement, from 100 A (RMO100G) to 800 A (RMO800G).We use an unbreakable plastic case with IP67 protective rating (with closed lid) for instruments’ housing. Although very portable and lightweight, RMO-G micro-ohmmeters have very high output power capabilities. High output voltage enables a wider measurement range at higher test currents. The Validyne SU63 is an AC inductive speed pick-up used for RPM measurement on high-speed rotating equipment. The SU63 is a tightly-wound coil with a laminated core that can be conveniently mounted on rotating equipment so that the magnetic field of a magnetized nut or part passes through the coil windings.
