With the CNC milling machine it reliably measured the top spindle speed of 7,500 RPM. This is a cost-effective and highly functional hall-effect sensor. The Melexis 90217 is designed to be used with a bias magnet (#605-00006) south facing the back (non-marked) side of the IC. ZET 7111-L is a digital LVDT displacement sensor. It requires no special adjustment and starts measuring right after power is on. Displacement measured values are transferred in digital form via CAN interface. The LVDT digital sensor consists of a primary transducer (LVDT sensor) and a measuring element (ZET 7111-L unit). The electrical cable exits through a 1/2-14 NPT threaded conduit fitting which allows the attachment of a variety of tubing or flexible conduit. The electrical cable is vulcanized to a welded on stainless steel ferrel. The four conductor electrical cable has an atmospheric vent tube inside the cable jacket and is attached to the ̶0:true gage̶1: all-welded chamber inside the sensor to provide an atmospheric zero reference.

Highly integrated breakout board for the ST Micro VL6180X Time of Flight (ToF) range finder sensor. This sensor has many uses in the robotics, cell phone and gesture recognition space. It has two programmable GPIO pins, and most importantly, measures absolute distance up to 100mm. The SEN-36001 includes a VL6180X IC centered between two 4-40 sized mounting holes with onboard 2.8V LDO and voltage translation to handle interface voltages from 3V to 5V. The board is interfaced via an I2C interface and all IC pins have been broken out to a 0.1" pin header. Example code for the Arduino platform is available below and includes code for both the proximity measurement and ambient light sensing capabilities.
