PD5043 is an IP67 outdoor, weather resistant, DC blocking, four way, RF broadband, 50 ohm, power divider, power combiner furnished with N type coaxial connectors. The passive Wilkinson design passes RF and the 10 MHz reference signal through both ports while blocking DC current. This configuration is typically used in combining applications to prevent passing DC to the sum and adjacent ports. Max voltage rating at the DC blocked ports is 50 VDC. All wireless band applications in the frequency range from 698 to 2700 MHz are covered with best in class RF performance. The RoHS compliant PD5043 is a bidirectional device capable of 40 W max microwave input power levels in both power splitter and combiner apps. The CDS-5 provides the optimum controlled temperature and humidity environment required to achieve ideal chromosome spreading results. As evidenced in research conducted by the Cytogenetics Laboratory at Mayo Clinic, the CDS-5 facilitates reliable and repeatable chromosome spreading. The use of an environmentally controlled drying chamber is a practical and cost effective way of achieving ideal chromosome spreading in a routine and highly consistent manner. Favorable chromosome spreading results can be obtained for both in situ and non-in situ cultures including PHA stimulated lymphocytes, bone marrow, amniocytes, and fibroblast.
