This module provides a … high-speed digital interface for using and testing modern advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous drive (AD) camera sensors and electronic control units (ECUs). Additionally, the PXIe-1486 makes use of a combination of FPD-Link™ serializers and deserializers with a Xilinx FPGA to provide a high-throughput and customizable FPD-Link™ interface on PXI. The included FlexRIO driver, with LabVIEW FPGA examples, provides access and control for power-over-coax, I²C back-channel communication, and general-purpose input/output (GPIO) communication on the FPD-Link™ channels. Model DM-100 Series sensors feature intelligent electronics, non-intrusive operator interface and comprehensive fault diagnostics. The sensor is packaged in an electro-polished 316 stainless steel housing fitted with a ¾ inch NPT thread. The plug-in, field replaceable sensor cell features large surface area gold-plated pins that reduce the effects of corrosion in harsh industrial environments. Signal conditioning electronics are completely encapsulated in the sensor housing adding a high level of durability to the design. The packaging is XP-intrinsically safe. This innovative design marks a return to a simple, more affordable, and durable gas detection sensor without compromising quality.Model DM-100 sensors provide a 2-wire loop powered 4-20 mA current signal equivalent to the sensor range of detection. Torque Meter Bench
BTR is a desktop torque for torque meas urements consisting of a digital indicator model DTR and a strain gauge torque extremely rugged and compact which has a precision better than 0.20%. Ideal for the calibration and the control of torque keys and to rque screwdrivers. Microprocessor indicator is fed by 4 internal batteries with an autonomy of 200 hours, with the AUTO POWER OFF function which activates if any change in the measurement is detected in an interv al of 30 minutes. The new generation electronic section consists of a particularly long-term stable analogue circuit and of a 16 bits A/D converter which ensures 65.000 internal divisions with an acquisition sp eed of 200 conversions per second. On the display there is an analogue bar for torque, that is still active, even in the programming menu.

The input section features the unique servo bias input circuitry with a standard TA5M type jack for use with electret lavaliere mics, dynamic mics, or line level signals. A DSP-controlled analog audio limiter is employed before the A-D converter. The limiter has a range of more than 30 dB for excellent overload protection and a dual release envelope that makes the limiter acoustically transparent while maintaining low distortion. The limiter recovers quickly from brief transients, with no audible side effects, and also recovers slowly from sustained high levels to keep audio distortion low while preserving short term dynamics.

Impedance Analyzers
A/D converted input signals undergo discrete Fourier transform (DFT) to calculate complex impedance values and obtain parameters and characteristics specific to the DUT, such as its capacitance, inductance and quality factor. Original NF algorithms are also applied to allow equivalent circuits made up of R, L and C along with the constants for those circuits to be estimated from the complex impedance spectrum obtained by sweeping the frequencies.
