Pulse Laser
Is a variable, pulsed high power laser source, a building block ideal for MOPA, LIDAR, OTDR laser systems development and applications. This fully integrated compact module contains a Distributed Feedback (DFB) laser and built-in optical amplifier stage, and a variable nanosecond pulse generation circuits. It provides up to 200 mW optical peak power in 1064 nm wavelength region, with a programmable pulse width from 10 ns to 1000 ns, and a selectable pulse repetition rate from 100 Hz to 1 MHz The optical pulse generation can alternatively be controlled via an external electrical trigger. Developed in conjunction with NIST, the Rs-5900 ECPR is a ±1% absolute accuracy radiometric transfer standard for the visible to near-IR (0.25-2.0µm), with the RsIR Option extending the ±1% accuracy to >20µm. The RsP-590 Pyroelectric Probe requires no cooling and maintains ±1% accuracy from 1 µW to 100 mW. The ECPR uses an auto-nulling, electrical substitution technique that allows the instrument to be referenced against NIST electrical standards, insuring maximum accuracy and precision. Unlike most electrically calibrated radiometers, there is a direct correlation between electrical and optical heating because the same material serves as both the optical absorber and electrical heating element.

SP4T RF Pin Diode Switches To 16 GHz
The 4-way series of absorptive and reflective switches operate from 100 MHz to 16 GHz. They are rated at 200 mW maximum input power and have a switching time of 100 ns. SP4T switches that operate up to 8 GHz have a maximum VSWR of 1.6:1 and minimum isolation of 60 dB. All absorptive and reflective switches manufactured by Pulsar Microwave require both positive and negative 5-volt supplies. Additionally, the TTL control logic operates from 0 to +5 VDC.
